I will work with you to understand what your particular nutritional needs are and how to build a healthy eating plan to support your body's needs. How we think about food affects our relationship with food and our eating habits. I can help you to explore the underlying beliefs that impact your food choice and support you to shift beliefs that may be barriers to your goals. My focus is on augmenting nutrition rather than deprivation and I believe firmly that sustainable changes to your diet need to incorporate balance. I am committed to working with my clients to build healthy eating habits that are sustainable and lead to lasting changes.
